Nominations are due by November 17th, 2024
Leadership Council
- Leaders are to faithfully take an active role in supporting their area of ministry;
- Each Leadership Council member is assigned as a liaison to one or more ministry teams (see liaison duties). Each council member may be asked to fill an officer position or be appointed to a special committee according to the Bylaws of the church.
- Leaders are to faithfully attend
meetings, such as; Monthly Council Meetings, Congregational Meetings, Ministry Team Leaders Meetings, or Ministry Team meetings as it relates to liaison position. Preparedness for these meetings is essential (read materials ahead of time).
Mutual Minsitry
- Committee Members are to faithfully take an active role in supporting their area of ministry;
- Mutual Ministry Committee is chaired by the Vice Chair of the church as according to the church Bylaws. Committee members may be assigned a staff person(s) to encourage/support throughout the year by meeting with them in a confidential setting.
- Committee Members are to faithfully attend meetings, such as; Committee meetings, Congregational Meetings, or Ministry Team Leader Meetings.
Nominating Committee
- Committee Members are to faithfully take an active role in supporting their area of ministry;
- Members of this committee may be elected by the committee to chair the committee. All members are to take an active role in the nominating process (see nominating process).
- Committee Members are to faithfully attend meetings, such as; Committee meetings, Congregational Meetings, or Ministry Team Leaders Meetings.
